Connecting a global network through shared infrastructure.

As part of Nucleate HQ’s central global leadership team, I lead data and analytics work supporting global governance, reporting, operations, management, and nonprofit compliance across Nucleate’s international biotech entrepreneurship network.

I also help build and connect internal management, HQ and chapter operations, and knowledge infrastructure into a centralized global platform, working across APIs, authentication, permissions, data flows, reporting, access controls, governance requirements, and 501(c)(3) financial compliance.

A Systems Thinking Approach: Innovation and Adoption of Advanced Technology in the Healthcare Sphere

My MBS research examined how advanced technologies move from research and development through validation, regulation, organizational adoption, clinical use, and patient impact.

Using literature review, systems thinking, and primary stakeholder interviews, I developed a cyclical framework connecting R&D, data, testing, validation, regulation, insurers, healthcare organizations, clinical users, trust, product design, implementation, and long-term patient outcomes.

The research focused particularly on AI, automation, health informatics, and the conditions required for advanced technologies to be trusted, adopted, and scaled in healthcare.

A product problem may actually be an incentives problem. A database problem may be an ontology problem. A program may have a dependency problem.
